If I decide to return the products, will the charges for COD, shipping, or gifting be refunded?
No. These are charges applicable each time an order is placed and are non-refundable.
How long do I get support?
If 24 to 48 hours have passed since our courier partner has picked up your order and the refund has not appeared as TSS money, kindly reach out to us at connect@thesouledstore.com, and we will assist you in resolving the issue.
When can I expect the delivery of my exchanged product?
Your exchanged item will be dispatched from our warehouse following the collection of the returned product from your location. In India, once an order is shipped, it generally arrives within 1-4 business days in metropolitan areas, while deliveries to other regions may take 4-7 business days. Please note that delivery times may fluctuate based on the shipping address and various factors such as public holidays and severe weather conditions.
I have created a return request. When will the product be picked up?
Once we receive this request, someone from the courier partner's team will arrive at the address to pick up your product within 3 business days. Once your product has been picked up, your refund will be initiated in your preferred mode within 24-48 hours. Once initiated, it will take around 7 days to reflect in your account.
What are the terms of the exchange policy?
You can apply for an exchange for your order within 30 days after an order has been delivered. We have a reverse pick-up facility for most pin codes.
Exchanges can only be done for the same products in a different size. It cannot be exchanged for another design in the same product category or against any other product across our website/app.
If you wish to exchange products from a combo pack, the whole pack will have to be sent back to us. Partial returns aren’t accepted. Gift wrapping charges are non-refundable and we will not be able to gift wrap any exchanges requested.
To maintain strict hygiene standards of our products, we do not accept exchanges on several product categories, including but not limited to masks, boxers, shorts, sweat-activated t-shirts, and socks. The Souled Store may, at its discretion and without prior notice, change the products or categories to which this policy would apply.
